Welcome to Fontana Counseling. I applaud you for your courage to seek help to find a more joy-filled life. I am convinced that most individuals, couples, and families can find a path of living that will bring a consistency of deep joy and inner peace.

I have years of experience, first in a church setting and now in a clinical one, in helping people to discover their innate beauty and dignity, and begin the hard work of addressing the issues from the past and/or present that get in the way of living life to the fullest.

I am here to help you find healing, develop interpersonal skills, and mature emotionally and spiritually so that you may succeed in love, marriage, and family: in short, succeed in life!

I draw on Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, informed by training in complex trauma, to help you become the individual, couple, and/or family that you want to become.
